As soon as your order arrives at HiFi.eu, we will send you an order confirmation and we will immediately start processing your order whether it's a delivery in the Netherlands, Belgium, France or the rest of Europe.

Depending on your order, we will send you an order confirmation.

Depending on your order, where you live and from which warehouse your order will be shipped, we determine which external delivery service such as PostNL, DPD or another carrier will deliver your order. We always try to choose the best carrier based on the data we have on reliability and performance in your region. Some items we also just deliver to you ourselves!

Delivery in Belgium and the Netherlands

The delivery of your order in Belgium and the Netherlands is absolutely free for all products below! You read it right, we do not charge any shipping costs, for any order.


Delivery in France, Germany and other European countries

Depending on where you live and the volume of your order, a shipping surcharge will apply for an order in France, Germany and/or other European countries.


Delivery outside Europe

Shipping your Order

All our products are delivered to your front door, unless otherwise arranged. If you live in an apartment complex, the order will be delivered to the first floor.


Shipping of by HiFi.eu via external delivery services

Most of the orders are shipped via external delivery services, such as PostNL and DPD. As described above, we try at all times to choose the most reliable partner based on your order, your place of residence and the known performance of the carriers for the period in question.


Track & Trace

You obviously want to know when you can start enjoying your order and we think that's entirely appropriate! When you have placed your order and it is shipped with an external delivery service, you will receive an email from us with a tracking code or a link directly to the relevant carrier. This way you know exactly on which day you can expect your order.

Should an order be delivered to a pickup point in your absence, you will be notified via the tracking code or by services provided by the carriers themselves (such as the My PostNL app).

We always have most of the products offered available from our own stock, in all different finishes! Thanks to our various warehouses in Belgium and the Netherlands, we provide the fastest possible delivery times and in Belgium and the Netherlands we even deliver on Saturdays! In almost 100% of the cases, we provide delivery according to the promised delivery time. Every day we process your orders and hand them over to the carrier. In case of an exceptional delay you will be informed through the shared tracking code or thanks to our punctual tracking of the orders.

For products that are out of stock we show a realistic delivery time. If there is no known delivery time you can always contact us for that at info@hifi.eu
