Returns and Right of Withdrawal at HiFi.eu

Return? We make it as easy as possible!

It can happen that you have purchased a product at HiFi.eu and imagined it to be slightly different. Because we understand that this is already annoying enough, we won't make things difficult for you when you return and we'll make it as easy as possible for you.

• No return reason required: we'll settle for 'because of that' too Should you still provide more information about the reason for return, we may be able to help you further with a more suitable product, a partial refund or other way to satisfy you still.
• 60 days reflection period, starting from the day your order was delivered until the moment it reaches us.
• Exchange is also possible; the shipping and return costs are at our expense,
• We usually inspect the product within a few business days and at the latest within 14 days of receipt

• Within 1 to 3 business days after approving your return, the purchase amount will already be in your account

When may your item be returned?

• The articles are undamaged and clean

• The items are complete and all accessories are included
• The items are in the original packaging
• The items are securely packaged for return shipment so that the products and any product packaging arrive in perfect condition

• For sealed products, the seal has not been broken. These may be very fragile products such as turntable needles, or products that we cannot accept returns after use for hygienic reasons. For example, used in-ear earbuds.
