Returns — we keep it simple

It can happen that the product you purchased at HiFi.eu isn’t exactly what you expected. Because we understand that this is already inconvenient enough, we won’t make returns difficult and aim to keep the process as easy as possible.

• No return reason required: “Just because” is fine. If you do share a reason, we may be able to help you further with a more suitable product, a partial refund, or another solution.
• 60 days reflection period, starting from the day your order was delivered until the moment the return reaches us.
• Exchange is possible; shipping and return costs are at our expense.
• Quick inspection: we usually inspect returns within a few business days and at the latest within 14 days of receipt.
• Fast refund: within 1–3 business days after approval of your return, the purchase amount will be in your account.

When can your item be returned?

• The items are undamaged and clean.
• The items are complete and all accessories are included.
• The items are in the original packaging.
• The items are securely packaged for return shipment so that both the products and any product packaging arrive in perfect condition.
• For sealed products, the seal has not been broken. This applies to very fragile products such as turntable styli, or products that we cannot accept for return after use for hygienic reasons (e.g., used in-ear earbuds).
