Power amplifiers can demand huge reserves of peak voltages for their power supply in order to respond AND stabilize during dynamic passages in music. Most power cords and power filters are not designed for that task. However, the Audioquest Thunder 72V DBS is designed for this uncompressed throughput of high currents so that the most demanding amplifiers can be continuously supplied with the currents they need. Constructed from solid Perfect-Surface Copper+ (PSC+) and Perfect-Surface Copper (PSC) conductors, equipped with the DBS system and finished with Audioquest Storm series plugs, this is another step forward in high quality power delivery.
